Bank Muscat | Henkel I Pvt Ltd | VIP Industries  Ltd | Gulf Tyre and Rubber Holding Company | Neterwala Group

Starting as an MT at Mphasis's BPO division MSource, Arnab joined Bank Muscat and set up HR processes in the Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Compensation & Rewards areas. He cascaded the Balanced Scorecard and worked with the Bank's Retail Assets division to expand the business footprint.
Arnab joined ICI India in the Indl Adhesives division. In this HR business partnering role, he contributed to the 6 fold growth of the business in 4 years. This involved Talent Acquisition in Sales and the expansion of Manufacturing capabilities. Upon enabling achievement of the right synergies during the merger with Henkel in 2008, Arnab was promoted to head HR for all 5 indl. chemical entities of Henkel in India. This entailed 9 mfrg units and 900 employees, including 150 in Sales. He drove a Change Management program for all entities to adopt the same HR policies and processes. Talent Management, Career Planning, Rewards Management and implementation of SAP in HR were key pillars of this program.
Arnab joined VIP Industries' Leadership Team and enabled the change to a Merit driven culture based upon a Balanced Scorecard approach, with a focus on improving the Sales and HR team capability. HR Dashboards, new Competency-Based Assessment Centers and tailored Variable Pay programs were introduced. He achieved improvement in Employee Relations across the 3 factories.
Arnab moved on to lead HR for the Al Dobowi Group's 9 diverse businesses in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. The Performance Management agenda established a strong linkage between organization goals, performance, and rewards. HR Policies and processes were defined to bring in high accountability. He drove Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and HR Automation and bolstered Compliances. He worked with the Board of Directors to establish several new companies and to nurture the Diversity and Inclusion program necessitated by the government's Localization mandates. Arnab is currently the CHRO at the Neterwala Group.
