Fix The System - Not the Women!

Fix the system, Not the Women

An equivalent world is a better place to live in. It encourages a rise in the economy, healthier communities, and stronger businesses.

Even now people believe in myths with regards to women that they are incapable of handling situations. Such as, they lack confidence, lack ambition, must handle more work at home rather than in the office, they opt out of big roles, and that there isn’t enough women representation.

Workplaces must create policies and programmes that assist women as mothers and men as fathers with adequate paid maternity and paternity leaves. The organization must not think that maternity leave is a career inflection point that only affects women.

Organizations must focus on making equitable pay the minimum standard and income equality the new priority. They should likewise try to have a balanced gender representation at each level in the organization thus giving women fair pay and a fair chance to perform and prove themselves.

Female leaders of Germany, Finland, New Zealand, Denmark, Norway, Taiwan, and Iceland have been far better at effectively managing the Coronavirus pandemic than their male counterparts across the globe.

So the focus must be laid on fixing the system and not the women.

Phenomenally.
Phenomenal woman,
That’s me.
